Ladies and Gentlemen!

The second edition of Cardiology Innovations Days under the auspices of Polish Cardiac Society covers this year international conference Heart Failure opTIMISM which focuses on health condition of patients with heart failure  in aspects of TherapIes, MonItoring and Self Management.

As it is our main theme, international and interdisciplinary teams of professionals will analyze the possibilities of therapy and applying innovations, as well as methods for monitoring and analyzing data used by patients for self-monitoring since it has significant influence on their behaviour.

During the conference (in the part dedicated only to doctors involved in cardiology) we shall also discuss new therapeutical, technological, and logistic solutions that are aimed at ensuring better quality in the treatment management of patients with heart failure. We firmly believe that an open, professional and interdisciplinary exchange of experience and confrontation of visionary ideas will give beginning to solutions that will give hope for increased effectiveness in the prevention and treatment of heart failure which is considered to be an epidemic of the 21st century.

The conference programme includes sessions on pharmacological novelties in the prevention and treatment of heart failure – taking into account the Polish experience connected with coordinated care for patients who had suffered a heart infarction, sessions on modern devices and mechanical support for heart failure patients, as well as sessions on telemedicine, hybrid comprehensive tele-rehabilitation and innovative solutions in the field of e-health.

We would like to encourage you to participate in this unique international event so that we can work together to develop an optimistic concept for a better health perspective for patients with heart failure.
